Techclick Infosec (“Techclick”, “we”) operates free practice assessments on exam.techclick.in. This policy explains what data we handle and why.

What you can do without an account

You can browse the catalog and start free practice exams without creating an account. Guest results are stored in your browser (local storage) on this device.

Guest mode

Guest mode: Your results remain in this browser. They are not automatically uploaded to Techclick servers unless you later sign in and sync is enabled.

Signed-in mode

Signed-in mode: Your progress can be securely synchronised with your Techclick account so scores and certificates are available across devices. Authentication is handled via Techclick SSO (auth.techclick.in).

Data we may process

Name you enter for certificates or exam start forms
Email when you choose to sign in, sync progress, or request support
Exam scores, attempt history and certificate IDs linked to your account (when signed in)
Technical logs needed for security (IP, user-agent, rate limits) on our edge infrastructure

Why we ask for email

Email is requested only when needed for account creation, signed-in sync, certificate delivery or support. You can browse and start free practice exams without giving an email.

Cookies and local storage

We use cookies for SSO session and anonymous free-attempt limits, and browser local storage for guest progress and remembered form fields on this device.

Third parties

Authentication may involve Techclick SSO. Hosting and security controls run on Cloudflare. We do not sell your personal data.
